satisfy Rip, our 8-week-old yellow lab puppy!
I have such huge goals for the bit guy, however for now I will try to just delight in the puppy stage!
We are in the thick of potty training as well as kennel training (and discovering not to squeal when you want something! haha).
So far Rip is a positive bit puppy, curious about the world as well as not scared of anything.
He seems relatively laid back other than the typical puppy wild spells! He does a great deal of sleeping, which saves our sanity. (Turns out, weims are not typical puppies. Remy never slept at all.)
But Remy has been so gentle as well as tolerant of the new man as well as seems to delight in his friend for the most part.
And Rip likes his huge brother.
I flew to Minneapolis to pick him up, as well as he flew back with me in the cabin. I’ll have an short article soon on exactly how that went! (Pretty well!)
Other than a quick 2am potty break, Rip didn’t cry the very first night home, as well as I was so impressed! He still seems to requirement that 2-3am potty break, as well as then we get up between 5 as well as 6.
